Aaloo Matar Pulao, Vegetable Pulao Recipe, How to Make Aaloo Matar Pulao Recipe by Mairaz Kitchen, in this video of Aaloo Matar Pulao Mairaz kitchen is making tasty vegetable rice which is easy to make and delicious, to make Aaloo Matar Pulao Recipe we need: INGREDIENTS to make Aaloo Matar Pulao: Rice 1 kg Potatoes (cubes) ½ kg Peas 1 cup Oil 1 cup Onion (sliced) 2 medium size Cumin seeds ½ tbsp Whole black pepper 12 Cloves 10-12 Bay leaves 4 Garlic paste 1 tbsp Ginger paste 1 tbsp Tomatoes (chopped) 250 grams Green chilies 5 Red chili powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Turmeric powder ½ tbsp Cumin powder 1 tbsp Ground spices 1 tbsp Water 1 cup Water 1 ltr Chicken powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Green chilies 5-7 DIRECTIONS to make Aaloo Matar Pulao: 1. In a pan heat 1 cup of oil, add onion sliced 2 medium size. 2. Fry till light brown on medium flame. 3. Add Cumin seeds ½ tbsp, Whole black pepper 12, Cloves 10-12, Bay leaves 4, Garlic paste 1 tbsp, Ginger paste 1 tbsp, mix well. 4. Add Tomatoes (chopped) 250 grams, Green chilies 5, Red chili powder 1 tbsp, Coriander powder 1 tbsp, Cumin seeds 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tbsp, Turmeric powder ½ tbsp, Cumin powder 1 tbsp, Ground spices 1 tbsp, Water 1 cup. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. 6. Add Potatoes (cubes) ½ kg, Peas 1 cup. 7. Cover for 5 minutes on medium flame. 8. Remove cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. 9. Add Water 1 ltr, Chicken powder 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tbsp, Green chilies 5-7. 10. Bring it to boil. 11. Add 1 kg of soaked rice, mix well. 12. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till water reduced. 13.
