Egg 1 10. Cumin Powder 1 tsp Ingredients to make Boneless Chicken Biryani : 1. Oil 1 cup 2. Onion 3 medium size 3. Chickpeas Boiled 2 cups 4. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp 5. Black pepper (whole) 1tsp 6. Black cardamom 1 7. Cloves 6 to 8 8. Salt to taste 9. Coriander Powder 2 tbsp 10. Green cardamom 2 to 3 11. Red chili flakes 1 tsp 12. Tomatoes 5 to 6 13. Jawetri / Mace 1 14. Cinnamon stick 1 15. Bay leaves 2 16. Garlic paste 1 tbsp 17. Green chilies 5 to 6 18. Chicken Broth 1 cup Ingredients to boil rice 1. Rice 1 KG 2. Water 6 glass 3. Cumin seeds 1 tsp 4. Bay leaves 1 5. Salt 2 tbsp 6. In a bowl add Chicken (Boneless) 2lbs, Salt 1 tsp, Turmeric Powder ½ tsp, Coriander Powder 1 tbsp, Garlic Powder ½ tsp, Red Chili Powder 1 tsp, Lemon Juice 3 tsp, All-Purpose Flour 1½ tbsp, Egg 1, Cumin Powder 1 tsp, mix well and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. 2. Heat a pan and add 1 cup of oil, add 3 medium size of onion and fry till golden brown, add 2 cup boiled chickpeas, Cumin seeds 1 tbsp, Black pepper (whole) 1tsp, Black cardamom 1, Cloves 6 to 8, Salt to taste, Coriander Powder 2 tbsp, Green cardamom 2 to 3, Red chili flakes 1 tsp, Tomatoes 5 to 6, Jawetri / Mace 1, Cinnamon stick 1, Bay leaves 2 mix well and cover for 10 minutes on low flame. 3. Remove cover mash tomatoes well and cook to dry water. 4. Add garlic paste 1 tbsp, green chili 5-6, chicken broth (yakhni) 1 cup, cover for 5 minutes on medium flame. 5. In a pan, add 6 glass water, cumin seeds 1 tbsp, salt 2 tbsp, bay leaves 1 bring it to boil. 6. Add soaked rice 1 kg, boil, and place aside. 11.
