To make chicken shashlik we need:
INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION for Chicken shashlik :
BONELESS Chicken (Cubes) 200 Grams
All Purpose Flour 1 Tbsp
Corn Flour 1 Tsp
Chicken Powder 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 Tsp
Oil 1 Tbsp
INGREDIENTS FOR Chicken shashlik GRAVY:
Oil 3 - 4 Tbsp
Chopped Ginger 1 Tsp
Chopped Garlic 1 Tsp
Ketchup 1/2 Cup
Hot Chili Sauce 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Cabbage (Cubes) 1/2 Cup
Green Bell Pepper (Cubes) 1/4 Cup
Carrot 1/4 Cup
Onion (Cubes) 1/4 Cup
Water 1 Cup
Chicken Powder 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Corn Starch 2 Tbsp
Tomato (Cubes) 1/4 Cup
DIRECTIONS to make Chicken Shashlik:
1. Add Boneless chicken 200 grams, All Purpose Flour 1 Tbsp, Corn Flour 1 Tsp, Chicken Powder 1 Tsp, Black Pepper Powder 1/4 Tsp, Oil 1 Tbsp, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat a pan add 3-4 tbsp of oil add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes on high flame. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
3. Add Chopped Ginger 1 Tsp, Chopped Ginger 1 Tsp, fry it for 2 minutes, add kitchep 1/2 cup, Hot Chili Sauce 1 Tbsp, Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp, Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp, Vinegar 1 Tbsp, Mix well.
3. Add Cabbage 1/2 Cup, Green Bell Pepper 1/4 Cup, Carrot 1/4 Cup, Onion 1/4 Cup, Water 1 Cup, mix well and add Chicken Powder 1 Tbsp, Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp, Sugar 1 Tbsp, Mix Well and bring it to boil.
4. Add Corn Starch 2 Tbsp and cook until thick.
5. Add Tomatoes 1/4 Cup and cook for 30 second on low flame.
