Dahi Baray Recipe, Tasty Dahi Bhallay, Homemade Dahi Baray Recipe by Mairaz Kitchen, in this video of Dahi Baray Recipe by Mairaz kitchen you guys will learn how to make street style tasty Dahi Baray Recipe, you can enjoy Dahi Baray at home, especially in ramzan, to make Dahi Baray Recipe we need: INGREDIENTS to make Dahi Baray Recipe: Yogurt 800 grams Cumin seeds (crushed) ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp Green chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp Milk ½ cup Gram flour 1 cup Water 1 cup Red chili powder ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp (to make phulki) Ginger (chopped) ½ tsp Cumin seeds powder ½ tsp Baking soda ¼ tsp Lukewarm water (as required) Salt 1 tsp (to mix in water) TADKA: Oil 2 tbsp Green chilies 4 (small size) Cumin seeds 1 tsp Curry leaves 5 -6 DIRECTIONS to make Dahi Baray Recipe: In a bowl add Yogurt 800 grams, Cumin seeds (crushed) ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp, Green chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp, Milk ½ cup. Whisk until well combined. In another bowl add 1 cup of gram flour and water 1 cup mix well. Add Red chili powder ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp (to make phulki), Ginger (chopped) ½ tsp, Cumin seeds powder ½ tsp, Baking soda ¼ tsp, mix well. In a bowl add lukewarm water add 1 tsp of salt and mix well. In a pan heat oil to deep fry phulki, add gram flour mixture and fry till golden brown and crispy. Take out from pan and add in lukewarm water bowl soak for 15-20 minutes, and then squeeze one by one. Pour yogurt mixture over baray/ bhallay. In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil to make tadka. Add green chilies 4 small size, cumin seeds 1 tsp, curry leaves 5-6. Fry till for few minutes till get crispy and pour over dahi baray.
