INGREDIENTS to make Date & Nut Ladoo Recipe:
Dates 1 kg
Almonds 1 cup
Pistachios ½ cup
Cashew nuts ½ cup
Poppy seeds ½ cup
Melted butter ½ cup
Crushed coconut ½ cup
DIRECTIONS to make Date & Nut Ladoo Recipe:
1. Heat pan and add dry fruits, Almonds ½ cup, Pistachios ½ cup, Cashew nuts ½ cup, and roast for 2 minutes on low flame. Set aside.
2. Heat another pan add poppy seeds and roast for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
3. Add all dry fruits and poppy seeds in a chopper and chop, set aside.
4. Add dates (remove seeds) in the chopper and chop for few seconds, then add melted butter and chop again until get smooth.
5. In a bowl add crushed dates and dry fruits mix well and make balls (laddoo).
6. Finally, dip laddoo in crushed coconut and cover each ladoo properly.
