Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame. Add milk 1.5 ltr, simmer on low flame till milk is half, add condensed milk 14 oz. Cover and cook for 10- 15 minutes on low flame. Remove cover and cook for 10-15 minutes more, keep stirring in between, add green cardamom powder ½ tbsp, sugar 1 cup, mix well and cook till milk get dry. Add saffron ½ tsp, kewra essence ½ tbsp, dry milk powder 1 cup, desi ghee 1 cup, Roasted cashews (crushed) 1 cup, Roasted pistachios (crushed) 1 cup, Roasted almonds (crushed) 1 cup, Nutmeg (jaifal) ½ tsp.
