Heat a pan and add 200 ml cooking oil and add onion 1 medium size fry till golden brown. 2. Add whole garam masala,(bay leaves 2, green cardamom 5, black cardamom 1, badiyan 2, cinnamon stick 2, javitri 1, whole black pepper 6-8), cumin seeds 1 tsp, mix well and add ½ kg beef cook for 6-8 minutes on medium flame, add Ginger paste 1 tbsp, Garlic paste 1 tbsp, Red chili powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Turmeric powder 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, mix well add approx. 800 ml of water, cover, and cook for 1& ½ hour on low flame. 3. After 1- ½ hours, remove the lid and mix well now add 4 tbsp of tomatoes and cover for 15 more minutes on low flame. 4. Add 4 tbsp of yogurt mix well 5. Sprinkle some green coriander leaves and green chilies (4) mix well. 6. Cover for 5 minutes on low flame. 7. Add ground spice (garam masala powder), 1 tsp, and cover, qorma is ready. 8. In a pan add boil 2 liters of water, and add 1 lemon (cut in 2 -4 pcs), 1 tsp of salt, add ½ kg of boiled rice (soaked in water for 15-20 minutes), cover for 20 minutes on low flame. 9. In another pan add half quantity of qorma and spread, then spread a layer of boiled rice, Then add 2nd layer of qorma (remaining half quantity), spread few lemon slices, sprinkle some green coriander leaves and fried onion, 10. Finally, add the 2nd layer of boiled rice, spread few lemon slices, sprinkle some green coriander leaves and fried onion, add some food color (mixed in 2-3 tbsp of water). 11. Cover for 10 minutes on very low flame.
