INGREDIENTS to make Prawns with Vegetable Gravy:
Prawns 200 grams
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour ½ tsp
Vinegar ½ tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
White pepper powder ¼ tsp
All purpose flour 1 tsp
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Chopped garlic ½ tbsp
Chopped ginger ½ tbsp
Cabbage (cubes) 1 cup
Onion (cubes) ½ cup
Carrot (cubes) ¼  cup
Green bell pepper (cubes) ¼ cup
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Hot chili sauce 1 tsp
Water 800 ml
Chicken powder ½ tbsp
Soy sauce ½ tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
White pepper powder ¼ tsp
Corn starch 170 ml
DIRECTIONS to make Prawns with Vegetable Gravy:
1. In a bowl add, Prawns 200 grams,Soy sauce 1 tbsp,Corn flour ½ tsp,Vinegar ½ tsp,Chicken powder ½ tsp,White pepper powder ¼ tsp,All purpose flour 1 tsp, mix well.
2. Marinate for 10 -15 minutes.
3. In a pan heat 4-5 tbsp of oil add marinated prawns, cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
4. Add Chopped garlic ½ tbsp,Chopped ginger ½ tbsp,Cabbage (cubes) 1 cup,Onion (cubes) ½ cup,Carrot (cubes) ¼  cup,Green bell pepper (cubes) ¼ cup.
5. Saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
6. Add Red chili flakes 1 tsp,Hot chili sauce 1 tsp, mix well, add Water 800 ml.
7. Bring it to boil on medium flame.
8. Add Chicken powder ½ tbsp,Soy sauce ½ tbsp,Lemon juice 1 tsp,White pepper powder ¼ tsp, cook for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
9. Add 170 ml of corn starch, cook until thick on medium flame.
