In a Bowl Add All Purpose Flour 1 Cup, Beaten Eggs 2, Salt ¼ Tsp or to Taste, Water 180 ml, add 180 ml water and make paste. 2. Heat Pan & Add 1 Tbsp Oil, add paste & Cook until Half Done. 3. Heat Pan & Add 2 to 3 TBSP Oil, add Ginger (Chopped) 1 Tbsp, Garlic ( Chopped) 1 Tbsp and cook for a minute on low flame. 4. Add Cabbage 1 Cup, Carrot ½ Cup and cook for 2 to 3 mins on low flame. 5. add Green Bell Pepper ½ Cup, Green Chili 1 Tbsp, Chicken Powder 1 Tsp, Salt ¼ Tsp or to Taste, Black Pepper ¼ Tsp, Soy Sauce 1 Tsp, Vinegar 1 Tsp, cook for 3 to 4 mins on low flame. 6. add Green Onion ½ Cup and cook for 3 to 4 mins on low flame. 7. Sprinkle some Corn Flour on a board Place (Dough Roti) and fill the Vegetables & Roll accordingly. 8. Fry Rolls in preheated oil till Golden Brown.
